0 HadIt.com Elder GBArmy Posted October 31, 2020 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 31, 2020 RetiredNavy It means you got a bump in the road. They found something in your claim that wasn't done right, like failure to assist or maybe the c&P exam was incomplete or something. It means to you that it will take a lot longer to get a new decision. It isn't necessarily bad, but there will be weeks added to your timeline. 0 ShuMan
This is a good thing! This means that most likely they are going to do another C&P exam to get another option or they will rate on what they have have on file. Typically I've seen these go in favor of the Veteran. 0 HadIt.com Elder GBArmy Posted November 2, 2020 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 2, 2020 It happened to me, but I finally got a denial. So obviously, it depends on the facts in each individual case. But the reason for the re-do was definitely a CUE if they hadn't called it. So, in the end, it may be a good thing, or not. 0 RetiredNavy
Yeah, I don’t trust the VA any more than the media. It took me 5 years to get PTSD service connected after appealing twice on my own!
