I am looking for good lawyer representation recommendations

Question

I use a CPAP, have DBQ's and Dr letters, sleep studies, etc.. denied on 1st submission and then appealed.. on appeal I got rated for OSA secondary to PTSD but with a ZERO rating. Waiting on a hearing now for over a year. I was referred to Jan Dils attorney to handle the appeal. They looked at all the info and took the case saying that it was a really good case and a good chance to win the appeal. They stayed in touch good for a while, but since Dec, I have had no response from them after emails and VM's were left.

Does anyone have a referral for me? I need an attorney to handle this appeal so I am just looking reccommendations.

Thanks and Semper Fi!

Jim

Everybody is waiting on appeals, and exams, and records searches. 3/4 of the VA isn't even working in house and of those that are it's probably under restriction of some kind. Records research at NPRC is basically nonexistent. If it's only been since December then you haven't heard an update probably because three isn't one.

Yah, sorry, I didnt mean to sound brusque about it, but I deal with all the national records agencies every day, along with the exam vendors, and I can't get anything done, either.

Did you get s/c sleep apnea secondary to PTSD by aggression if so did they say you were using a CPAP machine and the baseline was at 50% and they s/c you for 50% so it was aggravated at 0%. Just wondering how you got the 0%.  (SEMPER FI  BROTHER) never never give up.

Yeah I was wondering that myself.
