Pittsburgh VA Hospital To Pay $2.75 Million To Veteran Whose Surgery Was Botched

My bill on VA malpractice has passed the Senate and the H VAC has sent it to a sub committee on health.

S 221- it is an attempt to save lives, forcing the VA to honor the NPDB mandate, and identify malpracticing doctors who must be disciplined.( or canned)

This  might help-----

Buck, the VA saves lives everyday and some of the best people I know work for the VA, or are retired from the VA.

It is small bunch of medical incompetents however who have caused negligence and harm to vets, and incompetent people who work in the claims departments at ROs -side by side with the people there who actually know what they are doing.

Not to mention how lousy some C & P examiners are.
