HadIt.com Elder Skipdawg Posted October 17, 2005 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 17, 2005 I had never heard of it. Dose look good though. I've never bothered with a payware CMS before though. Have you looked into those that are open source? http://www.opensourcecms.com/index.php I'm still looking for one I really like too. So far I've played with Mambo, Xoops, phpWebSite & Postnuke. Joomla is the new revamped Mambo. I may look at that. For Mambo was alright and Xoops was not to bad either. I see subdreamer has a forum and support looks good. If you go for it let me know how you like it. The demo page kind of reminds me of Wordpress the blogging script. Which can be used as a basic CMS also. That is what my blog is made with Wordpress. Founder Tbird Posted October 18, 2005 Author Founder Share Posted October 18, 2005 the reason i went with subdreamer instead of mambo or the others is that it will intergrate this forum and website together. also the user reviews were very good, support seems good. if i can figure it out i think it will be a big help in administering and adding new content to the site. we have a content rich site, light on graphics, heavy on text. i am looking for an easy way to add the content without a lot of overhead in time and on my wrist B) Tbird Founder HadIt.com Veteran To Veteran LLC - Founded Jan 20, 1997 HadIt.com Veteran To Veteran | Community Forum | RallyPoint | FaceBook | LinkedIn | About Me Time Dedicated to HadIt.com Veterans and my brothers and sisters: 65,700 - 109,500 Hours Over Thirty Years I am writing my memoirs and would love it if you could help a shipmate out and look at it. In Memoriam Stretch Posted October 19, 2005 In Memoriam Share Posted October 19, 2005 Ok, I am on it. StretchJust readin the mail Excerpt from the 'Declaration of Independence' We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence.
