Interesting situation, no one can access my VBMS.

Question

I have a unique situation, no one can access my VBMS records.  I have a representative and he is locked out and gets a security message when trying to access my records.  I have filed two IRIS complaints and they have been closed without doing anything for me.  I have also contacted my congress critter and they were told twice that the problem was fixed to no avail.  It was speculated that since I had a lawyer at one time that this was the reason that it was locked.  I do not need to access my record at this time but this situation perplexes me.  Has anyone had a like problem or heard of something like this?

Did you file a 21-22 and actually revoke the other guy? Its also possible that you filed the new 21-22 and the other POA didn't get revoked/changed.

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)

If your VSO looks in VBMS, they need to check on the first screen that pops up to see  if the "efolder Access" is labeled as Yes.  This information is under the part that shows who has General POA for you.  The VSO can then call VA IT to have it changed but that is painful. Usually, I will just resubmit the 2122 and it has fixed the problem in the past if it is checked No.

Yeah, unless its on the 21-22 we aren't supposed to change it in VBMS under the POA settings.
