I've been using Ramelteon for a few years now.  Don't put me to sleep but, most of the time, will shut my mind down so can sleep.  Its kind of like melatonin but melatonin doesn't work for me.  Doesn't keep me asleep but helps get some.

Yeah I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. For instance I got up at three this morning with 5 hours of sleep.

I have not slept well in years.  I used to sleep like the dead sometimes 10 hours at a time.  Now I am an old fart I don't sleep at all sometimes.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that Ambien is not working out for you. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being, so if you feel that it's negatively affecting you, stopping it may be the best choice. Have you considered talking to your doctor about alternative options for better sleep? They may be able to suggest other methods or medications that work better for you. Take care and wishing you all the best. Oh, and by the way, have you heard of any good deals for amoxicillin coupon lately?

Melatonin works sometimes. I have used  trazadone (Flexeril) its a wife killer. You get up in the AM and are looking for something to kill she is usually the first thing in the way. What works best for me is Zanaflex (Flexeril & Xanax Combined) The Xanax takes the edge off the Flexeril.
