RETROACTIVE TO DATE OF DISABILITY DIAGNOSIS

Rate this question

Question

I've learned that Retroactive payments are being made starting from the date of diagnosis.  Most are receiving back pay from the Date of Initial claim submission, however, there is a new law that allows you to claim retroactively from the date of diagnosis.   Are you aware of this?

Smh they are change the VA system little by little.

That case is a perfect example.

So basically I would believe that the veterans that just won there water issues will not get much back pay with this court ruling.

Because it is a change of law so it can't be a cue. Smh.

It seem that there is a lot of SCOTUS decision on VA benefits lately. But hay .

They hire private contractor to do VA disability exams. Which you can't even get a copy of for almost a year

They got rid of any communication or phone number to the bva.

They hire bva judges with no veteran law experience.

Yea it is about to get real crazy with the veteran disability system.

They are try to get rid of the VA hospital system..smh.

There will be a lot more changes and alot more denials. Lot more appeals.

An doesn't seem anyone is caring or this is on purpose my opinion.
