Mine took about 6-8 months to get to a Judge is reviewing your appeal phase. About four months ago, I finally received my docket number. Please realize that they did not send it to me -- I had to call and ask if I had one. A few weeks ago, I received a letter stating my hearing is going to be on a day this December. That was the first written correspondence I have received regarding my BVA claim outside of the letter saying they received it. @shrekthetank1Did they really misplace yours? @blahsaysme2uDid you get good news?
