Question

The 24 month wait time for bva direct review, is that from appeal docket number?

I am 515 days into a direct review for eed, still waiting to be assigned to a judge.

Can you share where you got that timeframe.

right! im sorry its taking you so long bud- i had my hearing in april and just got my decision letter in the mail today!

@StayfocusMine has been simmering in the BVA pot since January 2021. About four months ago, I finally received my docket number. Please realize that they did not send it to me -- I had to call and ask if I had one. A few weeks ago, I received a letter stating my hearing is going to be on a day this December. That was the first written correspondence I have received regarding my BVA claim outside of the letter saying they received it.
