Yes, in the same boat but not as many days, last I checked was about 500+ days but hoping that since I have a pending legacy appeal being reviewed that the judge may review my AMA appeal. My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. They just low balled me on a EED going back to 1982 on two issues. I am going to file a CUE claim on them for not letting me wave any C & P Exams and not giving me a ratting on my right wrist.

I would ordinarily say yes, you are correct, but I would have to say that it really depends on the evidence of record. Both the legacy and the AMA appeals are supposed to follow 38 CFR 3.156, but the
