I moved your question out of the other topic, its likely to get more answers and be more visible as its own topic/question.

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)

Yes, in the same boat but not as many days, last I checked was about 500+ days but hoping that since I have a pending legacy appeal being reviewed that the judge may review my AMA appeal.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

What are you asking an EED for?

My 100% was granted based on 3.156c

They were supposed to retro back to 1997 when initial claim was denied. They only went back to 2016.

Since I am in ama direct review lane, vlj is “supposed “ to look only at evidence within my cfile.
