Housebound/SMC S question?

I am wearing depends underwear plus use bed pads for going to sleep do I qualify for smc

In short, yes, incontintence can result in SMC including (s) housebound, or SMC L (aid and attendance).  The best way to find out is to apply.

Are you already rated @ 100%? Generally you need a 100% P&T rating to be considered for A&A, although there are exceptions. See 38 CFR 3.351 (C) (3). Also see 38 CFR 3.350 and 3.352for SMC qualifications for each level.

Just be prepared to go to the mat on this as with all A&A claims.  The people who win these kinds of claims are the ones who just persist and will not take NO for an answer.  I really wish you all the best!

               Are you already getting "S" because with your condition you should be.  Of course, that is another battle.
