Has anyone seen a case on "VA fraud against a veteran;".  Appears in a profile of an attorney who sent me a letter for representation of my appeal of my BVA decision.  Bray v McDonough, Docket no. 23-1587 in case you want to follow the case.  I will update on this thread.

Is there a link?

Just go to US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims - Home Page (cavc.gov)  Then click on docket search and input the docket no.

I do not find "VA fraud against a veteran" in Bing search.  But this thread came up!

I could not look it up by docket number, but did find it listed by both docket number and name when I searched for "Bray" only. Of course, I never tried looking up anything other than CAVC decisions.

If I clicked on the name, what I see from my side is very limited. It says it the originating case was "Redacted for USCAVC" and that's it. No content details.

If I clicked on the number, it does give a granular listing of filings. All are locked (unviewable), but the BVA decision is in a PDF which grants some things and denies other. However, nothing in the BVA decision mentions "fraud". I realize that the CAVC application probably clarifies those details. Until the CAVC makes their decision, we likely would not be able to read anything more. If you do post some info, be certain to redact/omit other personally identifying information like your SSN. It was already redacted on the BVA PDF document.

That is the first fraud. The BVA Decision.  I did not "consent in writing" to go AMA and not have my Brief and motions excluded from the decision plus a new piece of evidence.  The fraud goes back to 11/26/1994 letters submitted with a response to the SOC which the Director of Denver VARO denied to exist.

When my initial brief is submitted it will reference pages from the RBA.  I will redact those pages and post them here.  Same for the VAGC response.

Also, the "complicated case" should have been referred to the Director, Compensation Services as was in a motion I made to the BVA.

Anything submitted that has not been redacted or that includes my payment method will be locked.  Everything else should be redacted before filing or reference the RBA by page.  GC usually just uses R. (pg no.).

@Lemuel Roger that.

The CUE I submitted two years ago contested an inaccurate percentage on an initial decision from 20 years earlier. However, they stuck it under AMA because that was when I got my CUE, despite the fact that the error was made during the legacy appeal timeframe.
