0 USAF-Vet
I completed my C&P on Jan. 11 which included migraines. I'm still waiting for the report to show up in My Healthy Vet. Comparing your results to my responses during my C&P, I believe I should receive a higher rating. Ebenefits shows "Gathering Evidence" as of yesterday afternoon so they must have all of my C&P exam results by now. I was sent for 3 C&P's for a variety of things. My PCM (Tri-care) has referred me to an ENT to review the severity of my Migraines and probably do an MRI. Congrats on your rating. Hopefully soon I will be rated. 0 ShuMan
From what I've seen the difference between 30% and 50% is just this one question: b. Does the Veteran have very prostrating and prolonged attacks of migraines/non-migraine pain productive of severe economic inadaptability? ============================================================================= [ ] Yes [X] No If you have a "No" right there then there's pretty much a solid chance that its going to the 30% I would get the DBQ and have your PCM complete the exam on you as well and see if that could help your case or you could use that an ammo in a NOD. -Never Give Up- Vync and pumibel
0 Content Curator/HadIt.com Elder Vync Posted January 28, 2016 Content Curator/HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 28, 2016 I agree with ShuMan. Personally, I think the whole "productive of severe economic inadaptability/hardship" seen on this and a few other ratings does not adequately match the disability percentages. It's like saying, we understand you keep getting fired or are on the verge of getting fired due to your headaches, but here, take 50% and try to figure out how to get by on your own. If it is so severe you practically cannot work, it should be 100% or at least qualify for IU. rwskitch, TALON II FE and flores97
