Yes, you are right , he was and Jerrel Cook, our Blog Radio show producer, was in Project 112(SHAD) and has a SHAD /112 claim on appeal. Va has never found any disability yet as directly due to SHAD:

It makes me wonder if there are any survivors left out there. It would not be a surprise if the study results were delayed until everyone succumbed to the residuals.
