Need Help With How To Talk To Forsenic Psychiarist
Anyone, I am so nervous and need help, When I received the SSOC from the AMC the first thing, I noticed the rater kept repeating. Dr. Payne "alleges" he is treating this veteran for " anxiety". With Dr. Smith's records, it is quite clear and has always been clear, Dr. Payne started seeing me for treatment in 1979. How do I have the Forsenic Psychiatrist address this? Even the dumb quack psychiatrist at the VAMC gave me an AXIS 1 of "Anxiety". She plac…

What Is A Star Review?
I inquired about the status of my claim through IRIS and they told me my file went for a star review. I called the 800 number and they said it's a review to make sure I get the proper rating. Does anyone know what this is? I did a search on it and there wasn't much there. Thanks, John
