tinnitus Non Service Connected Codes Definition And Importance
Reviewing (rereading and rereading) claim data and prepping to reopen.appeal,or CUE earlier claims. Wondering what NSC codes mean. Old Claim decisions show NonService Connected for some items. for example the code that follows "tinnitus" is NNIS/PRES while others have NFOLE, CDA, NFBEOR and NSC title has (PTE/PGW)?eh. What specifically are NSC items? Well, dont mean to sound ignorant, but do they carry weight on any SC issues or ? um, just noted medical issues I have that arent service connected as of yet? Just dont know why NSC label is attached by the VA to these issues. I have seen discussion here that shows NSC importance when aggravated by SC issue; but for n…

Dreyfuss http://www.vva.org/veteran/1007/ao_spraying.html In the 1960s, Ernie Rivers taught Navy flight students at the Pensacola Naval Air Station how to live off the land if their plane was downed. He was the officer in charge of the survival unit, overseeing 30 to 35 instructors, who taught more than 100 men a week how to survive with only a compass, map, and a hunting knife. Every week groups of students would camp for three days, using different sites on Eglin Air Force Base Reservation in Florida. When the winds and clouds were right, Rivers and his men …

Video, Travel Board Or Stand On The Evidence
Hadit elders and others, those who have been there and done that, please advise me on selecting my choice of hearing to the BVA, which kind or none. Travel Board, Video conference or send it on and let it rip. I know the video hearing is faster than the travel board but time, in my case, is definitely an important factor. I am leaning toward the choice of, send it on with the evidence already submitted, due to the that fact, or the main reason being, that some days I would not be physically up to driving or riding a 100 miles to do a video conference. The other reason, although I could probably further shed light on my claim, I feel as though I have submitted enough evid…
