Continuity Of Symptomatology?
Berta, or anyone, please, I need some more help? I know why this has been going so long, I am plain stupid to the VA way of doing things. As most of you know. I am at the Appeals Management Center remanded by the BVA. I am sitting here with the first C&P More likely than not. The second C&P was her anxiety not a result of service or worse by service. I am trying to knock down the second C&P. Does it appear to you that I have met this part of the criteria? I was discharged in June of 1964. Nervousness is mentioned by both psychiatrist. I guess we could count that as twiced. The librum and Cafergot was for something, that no one seems …

diabetes Call From Va
Just was wondering if we could get some feedback on this. To make a long story short, we have been trying to get my husband's disability raised from 40% SC to 100% by adding a claim for PTSD. We started the process for the increase in December 2004. Since my husband is not capable of fighting the VA on his own, I have worked and struggled very hard, both through research and communication with service officers and our congressman, speaking with doctors and accompanying him to his C&P exams to get this approved. Finally on December 27,2006 we got a call from the service officer at the VA regional office telling us the good news, that the decision was unofficial until it…

I really struggle reading, especially instructions – so keep that in mind when I don't seem to click right a way on something – I'm a visual learner….so if you guys wouldn't mind drawing a few pictures now and then, that would probably help a lot……. Just kidding J …but if they could be in color…….. In going thru the ROI packet that was printed on 10.10.06 – there are some discrepancies that I need help understanding – It shows Stan as having a 60% disability rating. ptsd Vbm Question
I have to copy my post and log in again every time I post- I cant remember the topic this was in-I think Army asked about the VBM. I have bought the VBM since they first published them in 1991. Not only were these books a big help when I succeeded in my re-open of my husband's 2 claims- they spelled out a little of the FTCA scenario I was involved with too- More important than that-these VBMs have helped me to help countless veterans and widows over the years. NVLSP-the lawyers who publish these VBMs -is a non profit org solely dedicated to helping veterans get their VA benefits. In over 1800 pages- the VBM covers basic eligibility, family benefits, SMC …

I have a friend who is currently Medically Retired from the Navy and on the temporary list (TDRL), he was in the Naval Reserves when he was boarded, and he had some questions to which I would like to help him find some answers. So to the esteemed members of the forum I present these questions; Q 1. Can he file for a VA claim, should he? Q 2. If he is awarded a VA compensation does he have a choice between recieveing the VA comp or can he elect to keep receiving a Navy retirement? Q 3. If he does receive VA compensation can he be placed on the PDRL? Permanent Disability Retirement List I am begining to think as I write this that he is in a difficult place b…
