He did have childhood problems - but they gave him a referance audiograph & he was able to get into the military dive program - no ear problems at time of enlistment Does he have a claim for the damage to his ears/hearing loss ? He has NUMEROUS SMR for ear infections, discharge, problems thru out service. He was EOD & did LOTS of deep underwater dives that did ear damage. He has a lot of hearing loss. ptsd Ptsd Claims Advice Question I Found New Evidence
I am deep into packaging up my PTSD stressor letter and package. TO my amazement, I just found a page from my medical records page from my active duty years ago, (incident was over 20 years ago) that clearly states 'patient has PTSD" and other pages refer to the support I recieved for the "incident". Question:? Is it possible that VA can connect PTSD back to the date? or maybe the date I started recieving treatment for same at the VA medical offices several years ago? Just curious. Thanks Trust me, I will definitely ear mark that page big time!

He was also in GW - He was the team blowing up all their ammunitions - so exposed to more there, but this is a seperate date/job. I have his Letter of Commidation very detailed involvement in hazmat clean up +2 government issued picture of him out in his UTS only. with file number on it. Did they give these to him for future claim referance? Knowing this was extreamly dangerou…

Vamc Ankle Injury Non/sc, Later Had To Have Fusion
Another question..... My husband was in constuction & had a very bad fall off a 22' high, icy roof. He went to the VAMC emergency room & several follow ups for 5 months. (didn't have health insurance to go elsewhere) They kept saying it would heal. After 2 months they said use it as much as he could . 3 months, told him again it should be heal by now, use it & it'll be fine. After being unable to work he ended up qualifing for Medicaid & went to a civilian Dr. He ended up having to have a fusion (3 screw put in to lock his ankle in place permanetly to help with pain) The civilian Dr. stated he would have healed up if he had stayed off it, he told h…

Atomic Veterans And Asbestos Vets
Don't know where I posted it- I think I inferred that rad doseage records are needed for these claims - but if the vet has a presumptive Radiogenic cancer- they are NOT needed-actually I forget how I put it- http://72.14.207.104/search?q=cache:NNjB3n...k&cd=1&ie=UTF-8 This link includes a link to the VA's IonRadiation HAndbook- Sorry if I mis- stated what I meant- Also a point on cancer claims- often a cancer metasizes- the initial type of cancer could be overlooked by the VA- what I mean is if a vet has a type of cancer on the AO list that has metasized into another type pf cancerous condition Not on the AO cancer list-(or Atomic vet list of p…

An Occation To Give The Cova The Benefit Of The Doubt
Case in point, " George A. Browder v. Edward J. Derwinski". This statement by the Court, although not of a resent decision, I feel they are due a bit of support for their job. Late even as it is. This was taken from the Court decision and find it is spoken well The debt this nation owes to its disabled veterans lasts for a lifetime and should not be limited to those veterans who are prompt in asserting their right to compensation." The VA tried to say even though the BVA was wrong in the way they decided this Veterans claim, he had no right to appeal the decision because. The Secretary had asserted that appellant's claim is barred by laches. The Secretary arg…
