How do I get a copy of my C&P exam for my hearing test?
Hello, A few years ago, I filed for Va compensation for hearing loss. I was sent to a clinic for the hearing test. Later I received some paper in the (mail address to me), but upon reading them, they had another persons medical claims and info mixed with mine. I called the VA and they said to destroy it. Never the less, I seperated what I could, then looked up the guys address and I drove it to his house and put his info in his mailbox as no one was home. Anyway, I am now not sure if the VA didn't use his C&P hearing test results instead of mine. I would like to make sure I have my C&P hearing test results. How can I get a copy of my C&P hearing test resul…

ptsd IU claim; DDD and PTSD C&P
filed for IU last week but I don't recall asking for an increase for either of these conditions. I am rated at 90% disabled 50% for PTSD and 30% for DDD of the cervical spine, amongst other things. These two are my highest rated conditions. My computer was acting janky and I may have clicked on the wrong thing. Now, I know I re-filed for a few things that were denied previously with me having any exams. Is it possible that the VA is just reviewing my highest rated claims in an effort to decrease or increase my rating, in an effort to either get me to 100% instead of IU or just to deny IU altogether? Also, I am pregnant and on bedrest and am fearful that I may waste m…

ptsd C&P PTSD Increase & TDIU
Greetings ladies and gentlemen, I received a 70% rating for PTSD from last years increase when it was at 50%. I've been unemployed for over a year since being fired for several aggressive angry outbursts related to stressors tied to my PTSD. Filed for TDIU May 11th of 2016 and I have a C&P scheduled for June 10th of 2016. What the heck can I expect at a TDIU c&p? I sent in all of my formal write-ups and suspension paperwork from my previous employer as well as buddy statements from coworkers who witnessed my behavior and how my work performance was affected due to PTSD. I have tried multiple times to have HR from my previous employer fill out the V…

ptsd What comes with 100% PTSD or A&A
I finally got tired of the VA messing with me as most of you know of my road traveled thru the VA. So last month I finally applied for an increase on my PTSD, and A&A as my wife is paid by VA on highest tier to be my Caregiver. Well my recent yearly Caregiver in home Assessment states that I still require a full time caregiver, and sadly I will be having in implant put in soon to make my Bladder work properly, and possibly both knee surgeries. Anyways, sorry for the blabbering. I had my exams last week for PTSD Increase, and Physical Doc for A&A both thru the VES so I can not see the C&P exam reports. If granted 100% PTSD or A&A, what monetary money comes …

GAD & Depression C&P results, any advice?
Hi all, I'm new here. I was just wondering if raters usually pay more attention to the "description" or the "symptoms" It seems as my description of " Occupational and social impairment with occasional decrease in work efficiency and intermittent periods of inability to perform occupational tasks, although generally functioning satisfactorily, with normal routine behavior, self-care and conversation" does not fully match up the symptoms she wrote down as: " [X] Depressed mood [X] Anxiety [X] Chronic sleep impairment [X] Mild memory loss, such as forgetting names, directions or recent …

Exam Coming Up
Hello All, I was contacted yesterday by the VA informing me of an upcoming C&P exam in 3 weeks. My exam is for a re-eval for Mental Health (Depression and Anxiety) secondary to chronic back pain (5 back surgeries). I am currently rated at 50% for Depression and Anxiety and I recently had my 5th back surgery back in late Feb. I am on Clonazepam, another med for compulsive disorder and sleeping pills. All of this is on top of my Hydromorphine (pain med). I have a pain implant machine in my lower back which is not helping and my doc want to remove it next month. Do I have anything to worry about at my exam and it is being conducted by the VA at the VA regional hospi…
