HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted April 25, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 25, 2010 JOHN1 - bump is just moving it to the top of the pile, as no one has responded yet. Yes, it's normal for another C&P exam to be scheduled, in about 2 yrs. There shouldn't be another, before then, unless you file a claim for an additional disability. pr
Troy Spurlock
The purpose of another C&P (actually it's more of a re-evaluation) of your rated condition is to see if there is any improvement; if there is...and you're not rated Permanent & Total, then the VA will be in a position to reduce your disability rating as commensurate with the status of your condition based on that evaluation. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted April 25, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 25, 2010 VA does not to rate a condition if they don't have a C&P under a year old and that can be difficult for them as slow as they are.
