Mine to but I feel like its going to be another headache where another wait begins. 20 months is a long time I dont care what the backlog is in philadelhpia. I was wondering if anyone has any updates like how much longer they waited in this phase Im guessing not to soon but I guess theres always hope and then comes the long wait.

Well I found out the hard way I should have waited to file my appeal til the rest of my claim was done being decided. Since they stop the rating drop my file in the appeals office til they respond and send it back to the rating board. So sitting on day 101 at the rating board all my c&p done twice one august 2010 and again dec 2011. Waiting game sucks but theres no other choice is there. Im done appealing until my 3 deferred issues have been rated.

I have been told this but I read through the expedited paperwork and it states that I waive those rights I really just need to know where I can find out if I signed up for it or if it even matters .

My claim was started in july 12 2010. Its been to the rating board once in philly and once in cleveland and then three issues were deferred. But they denied 4 issues saying it was due to willful misconduct disregarding the trial that was already held in 2007 were my CO and maintenace officer signing a letter stating it was in the line of duty and not of my own misconduct it was then faxed to tricare and was reinstated back to active duty and deployed 2009 so I thought that was already a known fact that it wasnt willful misconduct. So they gave me a partial rating on Oct 28 2011. then sent it back to philly for the deferred issues an it currenting sits at the rating since dec 9 2011. Can someone tell me if I can still appeal the claim after the rest goes thru with the issues that were covered in oct. when the rest of my claim i finalized if I had chosen to expedit my claim in the beginning. I dont remember if I did or I didnt I find out on monday but this anything but speed the process up. I know that you have 30 days to appeal but since some of my claim was decided already I didnt know if I should have appealed those then or when its all said and done? I just think that its to late now and I screwed myself in the long run. Please any insight would be much oblidged,

Well again I called the 1 800 hotline and he starts going into the decision phase using goes on bou 72 days. Then I state its the 3rd time and he goes o wait theres a note, Stating that I was moved to whatever the secondary phase of the decision means and also stating I might see somehing as a decision by the end off the month. Does this sound like the normal process or was he just yanking my chain as I go to call and talk to a new person theres a 2 day wait just my luck.

So I have about just had it with the 1-800-827-1000 number especially when he starts by saying the same old shit and then says I can give you a guess about how long. Im like no you cant. He insists thn comes the 72 day speech. Im like really 72 days. I said maybe on the 2nd time through the start process but on the 3rd time you must be joking. He laughs and says good luck. LOL thats what that number gets you. Good Luck maybe next year. Going on two years just wanted to give a chuckle maybe even some answers to how long they think their claim will be. Ive had my C&P done since last Oct 2010 and then redid two of them dec.2 this year. So who knows who cares just sucks thinking money will appear and the false hope always pervails. So to all who asks How Long dont bother just dont give in It will come some faster some slower but it comes. I just wanted to vent to the internet thanks for hearing.

That's what I was thinking but my ROM is limited but I don't really know what's considered bad or where to find the ROM rating criteria. Anyone have a place to look?

I am currently recieveig 10% for a broken right foot with this left shoulder currentl at the rating board. Does anyone have an educated guess what I should expect probable after the holiday season?

Well it's the holidays now so I'm sure my 1 1/2 year old claim will take a stand still to next year

Im alittle confused with that last statement When in the history it states that Im a heliocopter mechanic and i have to take more frequent breaks to rest my shoulder and it takes me longer to complete jobs It also says it pops out 2 to 3 times daily which causes throbbing pain throughout the day. Im just worried because it also states that i denied fatigability and lack of endurance. Which i feel dumb if I said that but Im scared its going to hurt my rating I guess I just want to know how others view this C&P exam and what they think about what my outcome might be Tired of stressing bout the holidays My claim has been in the decision phase for the third time since july 12 2010.

I do have a copyand it says it takes me longer to do jobs at work and when pain starts it is throbbing all day 800mg motrin. which causes me to take frequent breaks compared to all my coworkers. it says the motion range which isnt all that good and it pops out 2 to 3 times a day. But then it also states that motion is not additionally limited by pain fatigue weakness or lack of enurance. which totaly contradicts the previous few statements. Is that an error or what or should i jut see the outcome its been 2 weeks now. It makes me uneasy now

Is this looking bad or good for my claim IM only receiveing 10% for a right foot injury

I am currently recieveing 10% for a foot contusion i revived while on active duty I am current awaiting my deferred claims for my shoulder and my broken finger. My claim was filed on 7/12/2010 and was sent to the tiger team in nov/2/2011 which is how i got my 10% but then they deferred the last three things. This waiting game sucks my last C&P was dec 2 2011 for my shoulder which was found 0 to 30 forward flexion 0 to 40 backward flexion 0 to 55 external rotation 0 to 40 internal rotation pain throughout all the motions. It states while at work on my c-file that i have to take breaks for resting of my shoulder and it takes me longer to complete tasks but then it states that my motion is not additionally imited by pain,fatigue, weakness or lack of endurance. WTF isnt that was just what was stated? Is this going to get denied or will I stay at 10 % and get disappointed? Very stressfull
