  1. You folks are putting way too much faith in Old Bob.

A lie is a Lie and it doesn't matter how it is polished.

He lied to 1 veteran and he will lie to you.

If a veteran lies to the VA he gets prosecuted.

I personally want to see a Secretary who will break up the RO and start over. That is the only available cure for the terminally diseased system called the claims process.

  2. Retired, no attorney is allowed to charge you up front. If they try, They will go to jail. They make money if you win. Pro Bono. The law protects veterans.

John Dorle is one heck of a claims agent and I believe he can help you. You need the red tape cut as it sounds like you are dealing with a bunch of Morons at the RO.

  3. You are rated 80 percent and paid at the 100 percent rate. This is because your condition keeps you from working. You get most of the 100 percent benefits. I am not sure about spouse DIC if you pass from a condition not service connected. P and T means your condition is static. Don't believe the term no future exams as the VA can examine you at their will.

Most important is to fill out the form every year to report if you have worked to the VA. Not doing so will get you cut quickly.

If your condition worsens or you have another service connectable condition, File the claim. It is in your best interest to drop the IU designator and become rated as scheduler.

Good Job and enjoy the win.
