no one suggested lying. all i was suggesting was that if your ticker is weak and no one really knows how long you got or if your broke like getting evicted than the bva puts your case above others. this is a good thing but i wanted to shine light on the fact that,,, those that at the moment of submitting a I9 dont really know the time frame they are looking at then within 2 years of no response do have issues because they felt as if the BVA was going to give an answer to there already heard claim in court but still waiting now has ticker problems and eviction problems. so no the system is still broken and no answers are present.

isnt that what we all really want. get yours before mine. so the best way to do that is to claim broke or to sick to go on when you get to the BVA then they will excuse all others and allow yours!

what i see is others telling what helps them and confuses you the new comer

tried that too and different browsers. they updated my dependents 14 days ago and since my pay letter cant be gotten. i guess ill contact customer support, thank you for checking for me man.

Thank you. For ur response. I had checked already & nothing. It bummed me out but I started thinking about what 800 number said" the RO didn't submit a decision just that it was closed so maybe hit wrong button." That's y I was wondering if anyone had a complete claim without notification before?

claim was in prep for decision since december 23 now it shows complete. but, nothing else shows up in right colum. there is nothing showing like notice sent or decision sent. nothing. so called 800# and she said same. ur claim showes closed as of today but there is no notes or anytging else. she sent an iris for this and had nothing furthur to add. so my question is, is it possible claim complete but ro hasnt updated the notice sent portion ? anyone else go through this?

first i want to thank all who have chimed in here. i can see that its everyone's opin that i just go to appointment. and after thinking about it i will be going, with medical records in hand. to update you all ,,, i did call bva and the judge did NOT ask for this exam. this exam was asked for from the RO after they got the Independent Medical Opinion and they want this Dr. to rebute his opinion. further more. its a hip injury and the Doc they sending me to is an internal medicine Dr, but im going to the appointment anyway.

i totally enjoy your wacka mole analogy !!!!! wow fantastic!!!!!!! i understand yyour point if it came from the bva but it didnt. the request came from the RO after receiving my new IMO thats states a reason for why it should be an original service connected injury and it highlited va doctors for saying same. im my thoughts they are just trying to get another swing at the ball to find new ways of denial before the bva judge reviews and makes his judgment. im thinking i should do a reschedule and just wait for the bva judgment/

i completely agree with you though like you say hear my issue is that i have already had my hearing in DC back in may and im waitting on a decision, so, wont this new exam asked for by the ro not the bva just screw things in timeline and me? im just surprised that vets dont have a right to say no thanks ill wait for the judge to decide my hearing before i go through this.

like, how do you deny a comp exam by saying it still hasn't been ordered by the judge so id rather not waste my time. when it is ordered by judge wth his questions then ill do the exam again. like how can a vet say this <

do you mean that the bva would schedule an exam without the judges questions> also though,, all id be doing is giving them another way to decline me. if they can get another exam under there belt that says denial before the judge says the examiner must answer XYZ than im screwed again. right>

looking for a little knowledge or an opinion that i dont already have,( make the vet think somethings happening but we are really just screwing him__) so, my claim is currently waiting a BVA judgment ( yes its been in appeal for years and yes ive had the hearing now just waiting on a judgement) so. i handed my increadable IMO to the hearing majistrate so that they could give me a waiver form to sign saying that the RO doesnt need to see first. then i sent The imo to The RO so that i cover all my bases. Now, the RO wants a new C+P exam/ the judge has yet to offer his opinion and all the ro in my opinion is wanting to rebuke the imo before anything comes down the pipe. my question is ,,, should i go to the C+P or as them to wait for the judge decision or do i even havae that option.?

the real question for this topic is ,, jow many people got her help and how she helped??? Not that they pushed her out!! im sure the pushing her outt was because she got directors of ba regional offices to call us and if we just forget her than we are leaving one behind!

my story, i was on this forum for about 6 months and i kept seeing the name Allison Hickey helps vets. i payed no attention but then i decided to look at what was happening. vets with simple micomunications between wording errors or simple facts not being checked started to email Undr secretary Allison hickey and getting a response.. this was amazing because we all know just to get a response takes months but to have someone so important actually care and get the RO director to call us is simply un-simple and plain amazing. Allison Hickey did a TON for VETS here on this site and i just want to see how many of us can take the time to recognize her good work that i personally think made her a target from the mainstream va jokes and then pushed her out. [;ease begin to write what Allison Hickey did for YOU!!!!! she deserves and we all deserve to have a person like this on our side.
