id sugesst same. also find a way to get an MRI of spine... make sure the Dr. are using Tool to get true degrees of flexion not just eyes or perception. also read up on radiculopathy online and see if you have any of the symptoms.

Bronco, i understand remands but again when you read the citation you see the entire case. anotherwords,,, if this was a remand than the remand happend after 2014. if the backlog now on the website states january of 2013???? again how did this happen and many like it.

ok so.... little more news about docket #s so when you file your form9 not your nod date not your claim date... its the date you file your form9 for appeal at bva.. not your dro , the bva. then it starts time. i dont mean to sound this way but so much he said she said on here.... the date you sign the form 9 and it is put through the checklists is the day you get a docket. this docket is not disclosed to you the veteran because you probably have an issue with it. thats another point but,.,,, so if you have a few different appeals going and your newest appeal has yet to get a formal form9 then the bva mysteriously is allowed to give you a docket year of the last one. no matter if the others are older... if they roll all into one then you get the last date. some might say who have royalty payments... well its because they are contentions close to each other...FALSE .... EARS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ANKLES...... HANDS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ERECTIONS....... ANYWAY..... GET IN ON THE DISAGREEMENTS OF THE DOCKET RULES AND FIGHT.... the point of the post was to show how the bva answering says 2013 and the bva web page says 2013.... this and many more like it are on the search page without the advancement on docket.

i beg to differ.. i didnt see any advancement. that was my point. if you find an advancement notation here please let me know?? as far as my legal mind can remember,,, any adjudication on a motion MUST BE with the citation.

TO BE HONEST WITH YOU ALL,, I GOT TO GET THROUGH MY FAT HEAD THAT JUST BECAUSE I HAD A HEARING WITH THE BVA ALREADY BACK IN 2015 THIS DOESNT MATTER!!!! i have a doc# of 15 as well. the BVA website shows it as they are working on OCT 2013..... THIS IS NUTS...DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND TRY FOR ADVANCEMENT ON DOCKET.. WISH I DID,,DOING NOW THOUGH BECAUSE IT SEEMS IVE GOT AT LEAST ANOTHER 2.5 YEARS TO WAIT SO WHAT THE HECK. bernie07 i agree with Berta 100% . i went down a similar road and beat myself up with time. i could see all the records that where in my favor but i didnt have an IMO... i ended up paying for one and got the Dr. name from this site. Once i got the IMO back everything started Rolling better for me...

always impossible to say though your time frame seems reasonable. id be looking at ebenefits every 3 days and expect some information between now and mid january. if it is good news your money will drop around 7 days from letter date. just my thoughts. one time i actually had a QTC in mid November and had all things done by December 18th. money dropped Dec. 22.. i personalty thought that crazy Quick but it did happen.
