  1. I have a remand from the BVA for ptsd that I have been fighting for since 2012. I put in claim in 2012 and have had 2 c and p exams stating I don't have ptsd, but I have been seeing psychiatrists at my local va hospital who all have said I have ptsd. I have been seeing psychiatrists regularly since 2012 when my primary care sent consult. I have been through 4 psychiatrists since and all have diagnosed me ptsd. One even wrote a letter for my appeals explaining my symptoms and her reasoning why I have ptsd. This last week the va sent me to a psychologist to get me started in another ptsd group because my social worker is retiring. This psychologist then tells me I don't meet criteria for ptsd even though I meet the combat stressors. In her opinion I have severe anxiety and major depressive disorder. She even stated the anxiety and depression could be military related. My appeal was remanded in May 2018 and I am still waiting on my court ordered c and p exam. Now I have a psychologist stating no ptsd even though I have multiple diagnosis from 4 different psychiatrists. How is this going to affect my claim?

  2. What aggravates me more than anything is at this point there is no way to keep up with the stages of your claim. Peggy will give different answers depending on who you talk too. Some will try to be helpful and answer more than their supposed too. Why are they not allowed to say Hey, a rater is making a decision or has made a decision and waiting for authorization. Instead it's being worked on with no timeline. Obviously they have the information in front of them, or some wouldn't be able to volunteer more info than others.

  3. Has anyone had a bva partial grant implemented yet within the last year. May 1st I had a partial grant for my left shoulder and my PTSD remanded. September I was told I was rated at 20 percent for shoulder with retro going back to Jan 2012 by my rep. Peggy even slipped up once and told me my rating, just pending authorization. That was in Oct. Anyone else in the same boat? I haven't had any implementation st all. Nov 28 I received a letter stating my RO has started on my remand. I'm hoping they aren't going to finish my remand before paying me anything.
