The Secretary's assistant called be back today and said she did make a call yesterday to inquire about my case, but she thinks the wheels were already turning thru my contacts with Mr. Russo's office. Again thanks for all your help! I wish you the best on your claim. Do not hesitate to pm me if I can help you in anyway. I would definitely pursue your claim thru the top brass.
