Guest terrysturgis
Jim, I checked it out. Nice rides. I own a 1978 FXE Shovelhead and a 2001 Road King Classic. I bought the Road King because the Neuropathy in my hands makes it difficult for me to hold onto the handlebars of the 1978 Milwaukee Vibrator. I've been thinking about giving up riding my scooters because of physical problems but I sure do enjoy the mind cleansing benifits of two wheeling. I have done a lot of Patroit Guard missions. I do enjoy riding in the missions, getting to the destination and setting off car alarms in the parking lots with the shovel. AHANNA AHANNA, PUTT, PUTT. Take care. lu12
They first denied my TMJ claim saying my jaw pain was more than likely related to my neck pain. Now they granted it secondary to my neck pain (cervical herniated discs) I dont understand the logic and I am not gonna question a gift horse in the mouth, but TMJ is totally unrelated. I was diagnosed by a oral surgeon while in service with TMJ. When I had my C&P for TMJ the dentist took measurements of how far I can open my mouth, the result was within the guidelines for SC 10%, and it was still denied. So the answer is I DONT KNOW and I dont know about the retro. IRIS click the link Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS) if you use it make sure you pick a choice for number 1 and when you pick a choice for number 2 make sure it is the fourth one down Compensation and Pension Benefits. I was never afforded a final dental check out examination before my medical discharge, my back was not well evaluated to make a determination during and after my medical board but I did complain of jaw pain and at the same time I had cervical and neck pain while in active service. Now the VARO denied my TMJ and cervical spine claims for benefits. And their is a relation ship between them and your case is prove of that fact. I appreciate u reply, also I am motivated with u victory and accomplishment. I am also very interesting in the rationalizations, reasons and base on how the VA granted you s-c for the TMJ issue if you dont mind and shear this particular matter. Any VA decision for this issue would mean allot to me and my case. RESPECTFULLY it is your call, thank lu12
HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted January 11, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 11, 2008 Betrayed The hair thing is no joke. I think that is why I got low balled back in 1973 because I had long hair and a beard. My VA shrink was a button down guy with short hair and glasses. He hated me on sight. I think he thought I was a communist, hippie and drug addict. He was wrong because I was an anarchist. What kind of SMC are you going for now? HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted January 11, 2008 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 11, 2008 Back than I did not have enough hair to part. Since it costs me about 20 bucks including tip to cut hair I do it every three months now. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
