Clothing Allowance

I was just woundering when the clothing allowance was paid? I believe it's in August. Has anyone received theirs? Thank you and God bless.

I just called the Number from previous post and was advised that there is a delay upon compleation of paperwork and will be returned to VARO for dispertion? Now I am really confused Thought this was VAMC not VARO?Hopefully October she said.NY,NJ what a messed up system you can't even get a straight answer.ARGH !!!!!!!

I understand your fustration; the only reason I can think of for them to say "October" is that is the beginning of the new FY; but I don't think any VA budget has been pass yet and those funds should come from FY08 dollars I think. B)

Hang in there though and stay on them.
