I would pursue this and get every penny. John999, I like the ideal the VA surprising me with money into my account. Maybe I can avoid the fast letter. I will be looking for a lawyer to do my NOD, just as soon as I receive their letter in the mail. This time the cash came first. Every time I read one of your success posts, I get chills. My case is somewhat similiar and I just pray that I wont have to suffer as long as you have. I am so happy for you and your husband.
