Just wanted to let you guys know that on Sept 24th, 2008 I was finally awarded my "Individual Unemployability, NO examination scheduled in the future" This is the results of a 3 1/2 year battle with the VA.

Just don't get discouraged and quit!!!! FIGHT, FIGHT !!!!!!

(3 1/2 years of BACK pay (June, 2005) make for a nice fat check!!!!!!)

GOOD LUCK, to YOU ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bill

Congrats and good advice.

Treat yourself to something that you wanted but could not do and hang around and help other Vets

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

Congratulations Cav, must have had Super Glue! ALL right for you! YAY!

now if you had to sum up your IU story, what do you think turned the tide for you?

Could help a few of us trying to get there, thanks.

No future exams means P and T. Check into the p @t benefits.

Congrats

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Delay, Delay, Delay another thousand Vets will die today. This has been almost a 9 year trip thru the VA maze.
