PTSD (MST STRESSOR) WITH CHRONIC ANXIETY AND MDD...I KNOW THEY WILL ONLY PICK ONE...BUT THAT IS HOW IT IS WRITTEN UP BY THE VAMC MH DOCS.

ALSO BILATERAL SACROILITIS DUE TO THE LUMBOSACRAL STRAIN WITH ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS

Getting service-connected is no easy task! Good work! Congratulations!! ~Wings

Thank you Wings...you must have remembered some of my story because the lumbosacral strain has been sc since 79. It was the ankylosing spondylitis I couldn't seem to get service connected. But with the input from the people here and the my own sweat equity...and literally taking a "chill pill" to regroup...I managed to get out a NOD that caused them to CUE themselves...can you believe it?!!

I am starting to see things like this happen? I wonder if they are cracking down on claims process but good for you this mean they did something wrong and they fixed it but I would still check in to it to make sure they got it all, congrats!! yog

Yoggie, thank you...no they didn't get it all. In fact, the form attached asks me if I'm satisfied...I mark the box that says "This action satisfies my appeal for ONLY the following issues."

So, I will keep everyone posted on what comes in next.

Funny you should asked that question. Of course, I couldn't sleep this morning (cause I am never up at this time on a Saturday), so I was looking at the denial from last year. I re-read my NOD. I did actually point out that they committed a CUE and cited the laws they had broken. I can't remember who, but I saw something on this site and applied it in my NOD.

Berta was also a great person to feed off of because she has tremendous knowledge in that area. I also applied what Rentalguy1 had provided concerning the spine and reused what the RO indicated was their reason for the denial.

Somehow they actually read through all of what I wrote and re-read through my entire C-File. I say that because some of the things they stated in the NEW (whooo hooo...sorry...had a moment) decision could only be known through going back and actually reading the submitted evidence.

So, Yes, I did hint to it in my NOD. But I did not actually file a CUE claim. Well, maybe inadvertently I did <_<
