I am using 38 USC 503 to get that fee back-

I am so elated that I can't think up the right words...CONGRATULATIONS...just doesn't seem like enough...but it will have to do for now.

You deserved this victory, especially for all that you've done for so many others on here. I still can't say enough about how much I appreciate you from the beginning. ENJOY!!! I am still on the wings of my victory and I know it's sweet...everyday someone from my family asks "How does it feel?!" Victory is sweet...we cannot tell a lie...and the money ain't half bad either.(smile!!! LOL!!) Okay...I guess I found a few more words than I thought. Again, congrats, Berta!!!

Congratulation on a battle hard fought. I have not been able to grasp the specifics of your battle over the years. My brain is pretty limited to dealing with service connection issues.

Even terrysturgis posted a congratulations. I have not heard from him in years. I do not think I did any dancing when I won after 8.5 years of b----P---??? SO's and VA pretzel logic. I think I will dance tonight just becuase it sounds like a good idea to dance every time we get a winner on hadit.

I think they are afraid of you, as you know more and can quote the regs better than all of them put together. It is a righteous day for you, and the heroic fight your late husband Rod put forth. It becomes a joyous day to win, but a sad day as as he is not physically here to celebrate with you. At least now he can rest in peace.

You'd gave so many congrats and advice to other folks on this site, I can't think of a someone more deserving of another big congrats than you!!! I am so happy for you. You are the best example for never giving up on a claim and fighting the battle until victory. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you will enjoy the rest of your days. Relax and smile.
