GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

I hope no one thinks this is an isolated incident at the Montgomery VARO. How long can this go on??? However, I truly feel that things are better now than they were four decades ago. Isn't that a kick in the head...

I think things are better than 40 years ago. That is a kick in the ass and the head. A claim was made on my behalf over 35 years ago. You should see the rating. What a joke. Two pages, no discussion, no reasons and basis, no appeal rights, no nothing but a rating for a "nervous condition" whatever that means.

I hear you John,... 35 years ago there was no such thing as PTSD. The VA's official diagnosis was "Just a bunch of crazy Vietnam vets". syndrome.
