I suspect that there are thousands who meet the criteria of number 2 and don't know it but the VA does and remains silent.

When there is a 100 percent rating and a 60 percent it is automaticly reviewed for S award. It has to meet the criteria of 100 plus 60 as in #2.

Did not happen for me Sharon. I know some others on this Board. My statement is I am pretty sure that many who have been given 100% for MH were not reviewed for SMC if their diagnosis also included agoraphobia which should be automatic.
