I support PR and Jbasser as giving a better answer but I also do not believe in CUE until after you win the claim first cause for many it can be a wild goose chase.

My advice is win the claim first than ask for CUE. Just my opinion.

Get the maximum you can from the present claim, and then go after the CUE retro. That is what I am doing. If I win my CUE that will be great, but I am not starving in the meantime.
