I know at this time your are upset and probably have thoughts of dropping out and quitting.

By all means do post the Reason's and Bases Section.

I went from one denial to another denial.

When I came to Hadit I had had it!! I was sick of the whole mess.

I posted my complete life story on this site and help was on the way for me.

I went to the BVA and Remanded to the AMC and back to the BVA Judge and then

I was off to Washington D. C. to an Expert Psychiatrist for his Examination.

No basis for the Personality Disorder.

The BVA Judge granted me service connection.

This took me a total of 7 years.

After the BVA Judge I was at 100% Schedular in less than 5 months with retro back to

1992.

Hang in there and start posting, just as soon as you feel you can.

Always,

Betty

It took me 7 years to "win" persistence and evidence pays off, I tried the NODs and keeping it in the Regional office, but finally the RO would just not award my claim, it was basically they had to be forced to to award a claim they just had no interest in making the award on, so I finally appealed to the BVA the Judge awarded the claim based on the 4 IMOs I had from board certified cardiologists the VA had C&P exams from a NP, a doctor who reads x rays, another from a geberal practioner who doea regular C&P exams for the VA as a permanent job definately not a cardioligist, not even a good doc you just have to be better armed than they are.
