C&p For A Bunch Of Things

Rate this question

iraqrecall

Question

Did my C&P for a bunch of stuff but have not heard back yet. Do have some questions.

During the ENT part the Doc's found a polyp on my Vocal Cord and have since removed it. The C&P was for sinusitist,

Do I have to make a seperate claim for that or will it get included in the C&P results they send in to be rated.

Also was told I have degenerative Disc disease. Had put in for Back Pain. How does that play into things. Was already diagnoist with type II Diabetied during a VA physical and claimed that. (Agent Orange) Also was told my sleep study folks that I have restrictive breathing (not apnia) and restless leg syndrom. How are those clasified. So last question is, I was relased from Active duty in June and just returned from Iraq, are the first Claims presumtive SC even if I do not have anything in my medical records. I belive the Diabetes is for Agent orange.

Now just to clear the air. I am 63 years old and yes I got to play in Vietnam twice and once in Iraq as a retiree recall.

Just too dumb to quit I guess. <_<

Congratulations!

Definitely fight them about the denials...

Put in another claim for the Polyps on Vocal cord. They told be it was a seperate issue from sinuitist. Dont know if I will get anything as VA operated on me and removed it. Perhaps residual.

Claims guy and I put in a NOD on back and degenerative Disc as it was claimed within one year of discharge so is automatically presumed to be service connecte they had denied it because of no Nexus. Also filed for CRSC for the approved stuff. Now working on getting some hearing aids but have to though my primary doctor for referall. I detest her so it will not be fun.

All and all now hav 40% approved with two more claims in the works.

Checking my pay statements online today and found out that I'm now getting $1007 CRDP starting next month. VA must have approved some more claims. Have not got the big envelop on that yet but it looks like I am now 60%. I was getting CRSC of $421 ( Just got payed one month) which I guess will stop now. One question is will I get back pay at the CRDP rate to the date of my disability claims?

That would be the day after my discharge 1 June 09.

I just left Louisiana and had the best VSO in Louisiana, St. Tammany Paish! His name is ROLF K. If you need an excellent VSO, I would advise you get with him in Slidell!

Congrats on your claims and thanks for your service!

EDIT:

The VARO in New Orleans is the WORST in the country, consider yourself very lucky to get what you got from that VARO!
