I hate to say it, but it does appear you do have some more waiting to do.

As for the GAF. I only know from my own experience.

Take into account I had been treated for " Chronic Anxiety Severe" for 40 years before my first and last C&P and was given a GAF of 40.

I was given 100% Schedular.

Weird thing happen yesterday, after posting my last message my wife walks in with the mail and i have a letter from the va saying "sorry for the delay, ur claimis still being processed" so i guess i have alot longer to go :0(

That letter is compter generated from HINZ in Illinois and have nothing to do with what is going on at the RO. I have gotten the same letter two days after getting my deciision. Hang in there. Help is on the way!

Thinking good thoughts for fair decision on your behalf, recall my last rating delay, my 24/7 monitoring bugged my family so I had to turn off the computer and put my hands to work doing something else. ha.
