Question

Hello All hope All Is Well.

My concerns are that the VARO whom has jurisdiction of my claim.

Has not forwarded pertinent documentation as an example to BVA for a DRO review which was remanded by BVA back to VARO for service connection. When I provided to BVA clearly showing in my STR that this is in fact occurred in the service.

How does one address such an act?Once again I say NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!

As for TIME FRAME GOING ON YEAR FIVE for these issues. IMAGINE

And, as far as "documentation" is concerned, it is YOUR responsibility to MAKE SURE that the proper agency has received it.

NEVER, EVER, rely upon any evidence having been sent to the proper department, by ANYONE other than yourself.

If you have ever read one of your SOC's, you will have read the portion wherein the VA tells you EXACTLY THAT!

I consider myself my own agency. I just wish the VA would hurry up and share my C-file with myself.

..........................and, when they do share it with myself you need to make doubly sure that no other self's records are in there............

When the BVA remands at claim, the claim goes to the AMC (Appeals Management Center), for further development. The AMC is supposed to comply with the BVA judges orders for further development (C&P's etc.).

Once additional evidence has caught up to the AMC, then the claim is sent to the VARO for determination or rating. The claim then goes back to the BVA, if not awarded by the VARO.
