I joined Hadit to get some help with getting a service connection for back problems that have got me laid up nowadays. Been going on 4 1/2 years trying to get this. HadIt.com Elder Testvet Posted May 18, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted May 18, 2010 Mark thanks for your service how can we help where are you in the claims process what has the VARO done on your claim and what statements have they made in either low balling your award or denying it completely we have a lot of members with bad backs and a lot of experience in dealing with it, but we need some facts before we can offer any advice on how to proceed. Have you asked for a DRO hearing is it at the BVA etc, like anything else we need info before we can advice you on what to do, in other words we need a sitrep 100% SC P&T PTSD 100% CAD 10% Hypertension and A&A = SMC L, SSD a disabled American veteran certified lol "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step." Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.
