I can login to myhealthevet, but when I try to click on the DS Logon, it still gives me the same pesky errors:

PageFlow Error

PageFlow Global.app: Could not find exception handler method handleException that accepts a form of type org.apache.beehive.netui.pageflow.internal.AnyBeanActionForm. spacer.gif

SEE! I told ya it was "secure"!

"It is cold and we have no blankets.

The little children are freezing to death.

My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death.

I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find.

Maybe I shall find them among the dead.

Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad.

From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever."

Their support help desk didn't know anything about the MHV/ebenefits Level 2 DS Login integration. They tried to tell me to drive to the RO and do in-person authentication.

I pointed out where the ebenefits web site said we could use our authenticated myhealthevet to get instant level 2 access. When he saw the article on the ebenefits site, he said "I heard this was coming soon, but nobody told us it was released yet. We don't know anything about it."

He said he would escalate it to level 2 support and gave me a ticket number.
