I have a friend who recently had a C & P for blood pressure. His readings were 165/96...168/98 and 170/110....He believes that he deserves service connection..His doctor continues to up his medication for blood pressure to try to get it under control and he is concerned that if the meds bring his BP to normal he will not receive compensation for this disability...anyone have any words of wisdom or experience in this?
