HadIt.com Elder LarryJ Posted December 14, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted December 14, 2010 Do deductibles also change when you're 100%? Deductibles? What "deductibles"? Co-pays go away long before you reach 100% (unless, of course, in the very rare instance that you might have gotten 100% on your FIRST claim (YEAH, RIGHT!)). "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death. My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death. I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find. Maybe I shall find them among the dead. Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad. From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever." Chief Joseph

navydoc2
When I travel to my regional VA hospital, I get travel pay minus $6 for what they call a deductible. When I ask what the deductible is for the cashier says I don't know I just hand out the money.

Maybe it takes 3 appointments a month for you to hit your required 18$ amount per month? How far do you travel to get to your VAMC? I am 100% too but am still hit with the requirement of the 18$ (3 visits) bucks per month. Must be something in the rules/laws that say this? I have asked before about mileage claims that I failed to submit and they tell me that there is a 30 day limit. If you do not submit before the 30 days is up you lose!
