I assume this is an AO award? http://www.nvlsp.org/Information/ArticleLibrary/AgentOrange/AO-VABeginsReview.htm They want to hear from any vet or their survivor denied in the past for what is now any new AO presumptive. They also want follow up emails when anyone gets an award or gets the wrong retro under Nehmer. Did they mention the past denied claim at all? If you come under Nehmer, they are supposed to seek any past claim even if it is not exactly for IHD but can be interpreted that way. I had CAD in past denial- but it was pulled for Neher because it obviously was IHD. The fill Nehmer Traning Guide is here in our AO forum and also in the Training Letter forum here.
