Why does the VA keep the duds even after the replace them?

I agree with Pete. The article says Richardsons move was "lateral" neither a promotion or a reduction.

When it is time to "take out the trash" you dont throw it in your neighbors lawn if you expect to have good neighbors.

We sure do need it. Mine VAMC surgical unit was shut down due to flies. That means maggots.

... why aren't I surprised??? I'm sure, as you may remember , john999,... new vets should of seen it 40 years ago... We were dodging rats, (Some wore white lab coats).

I really don't want to slam the VA, however "the past must be remembered lest we repeat it".. at least the medical community doesn't use a scarificator any more. They used one on our first Commander in Chief.
