If someone has a POA with a VSO, like DAV or VFW, do they have to revoke it if they get a lawyer to represent them for a NOD or appeal?

Thank you!

Vync,

I should have posted for all concerned - if you hire a lawyer - go ahead and have

the lawyer send the revocation on the claimants behalf. I'd have them send it in

writing to the VSO/SO and a CC to the VA.

I'd want a copy of what the lawyer sends.
