cooter
Did the award letter offer any reason for not giving P&T or was it never brought up and your claiming it now Looks like they worked on your claim perty fast. Good for you! Do you have any Dr's that willing to work with you Others will chime in on this too, bit it looks to me you'll be alot better off with your claim just by looking at your SC's "this may improve" notations they wrote, is to get an IMO. jmo
Cpl. B
That is some pretty good timing. Hope you get your P & T. Side note question. How does P & T work? Is it combined percentages or does one condition have to rate that high? Cpl. cooter
Cpl.B You have to prove that your SC injury/disease will NOT improve during your lifetime. You will need a Dr to state that your SC's will at the least stay the same or get worse in time. (lifetime). Hope this helps.
vet2010
If I am 100% however I only received a 20% rating for my Lower Back (pain and surgery), can I file for P and T because of my Lower Back? I can no longer work... vet2010
