(DOD portal Deers, etc.) No current records after 2007, other than a recent exchange between the VA and my lawyer, and a communication in 2008. No records of awards, including recent 100% scheduler, etc.. No C&P results. No 2009,2010,or 20011 records, other than a continuing go around with the VARO over minor details. Things get complicated, because the VARO farmed out the Nehmer part of the claim, then the results came back, and it was more or less awarded. None of the info related to Nehmer is there.
