Im not appealing or anything, since I feel it is the correct adjudication. Now on to PDRB, and then to figure out if OSA is somehow tied to my depression and/or increased weight. Thanks Hadit! This puts me at 70%, but I still have an OSA exam coming up, though I don't know that it's service connected. I'm in pain, overweight, and depressed, and 2 of the 3 are service connected, but I don't think I can tie apnea to overweight because of inactivity due to pain. That is probably a stretch.
