MikeS
Carlie - I don't think so. Just before they awarded it the eye exam I had says I don't have it. I still haven't received the notice awarding it. The remand is dwelling on whether my SC PTSD keeps/kept me from leaving the home specifically to earn an income. Based on that I should win and if I do it should be back to '89. Should know in about 4-5 more yrs. jmo pr You not giving up will help other veterans in the future. You're helping me now! HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted October 2, 2011 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 2, 2011 Never, ever, ever, ever, give up. You'll win! Did I mention never give up? Yup, I remember when there was no Hadit. I think I've read every claims book published, by now. I like the VBM best, but learned something from each. Hang in there! pr You not giving up will help other veterans in the future. You're helping me now! Remember when there was no HADIT???

If your vision ever becomes worse due to it - file for the increase - (hell - who am I to tell you that - lol). http://www.va.gov/vetapp09/Files6/0945519.txt
HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted October 27, 2011 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 27, 2011 Had my C&P exam for A&A/HB, last week. The doc was really quite helpful, pointing out that I should show them my worst day. I stated I would but "I will not lie." I expressed that she should state whether my SC condition (PTSD) would keep me from leaving the home, to work, as specifically asked by the BVA and CAVC. She stated that it was a mental issue and I needed a mental doctor to make that opinion. She's requesting I get another C&P exam, by a psych doc, for that opinion. We'll see what happens. pr
