Is Denial Of Voc Rehab A Good Claim For P&t?

Rate this question

Question

I've been recently denied Voc Rehab services and they recommended independent living services instead. This greatly discourages me since I had imagined I'd be able to get another job and the counselor said it did not seem feasible that I could be rehabbed. I was rated at 100% but not P&T. They said I would be reevaluated in five years. My question is, if I'm denied Voc Rehab services, is that a good support for claiming P&T status?

It would help to support P&T if factored in, AS LONG AS - the disabilities that are shown for the denial of Voc Rehab,

are disabilities that are SC'd.

I was in VocRehab for a while and finally could not continue. My counselor wrote that I was infeasible to continue in the program. I think that played a big role in my IU decision but just as important was the supporting evidence of my chronic pain, depression, heart issues etc. My experience has been when dealing with the VA; there is no such thing as too much evidence.
